Kelsey Cheeks

Kelsey Cheeks joined NCICS in August 2024 as a Human Resources Specialist, where she assists the Director of Finance and Administration and the Human Resources Program Specialist in a variety of HR functions. Ms. Cheeks earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina, with minors in Criminology, Spanish, and Social Work. She furthered her education with a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, gaining valuable experience through her work with nonprofit organizations like the Interfaith Food Shuttle and the Center for Independent Living of South Florida.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Cheeks has a deep passion for learning new languages, crocheting, and exploring the world of cinema as a dedicated cinephile.
