NCICS is located in the Veach-Baley Federal Building in downtown Asheville, NC, at the intersection of Patton Avenue and Otis Street. Asheville is easily reachable by air (airport code is AVL) and surface transportation (Interstates 26 and 40 intersect in Asheville). Asheville is approximately a two-hour drive from Charlotte and a four-hour drive from Raleigh-Durham or Atlanta.
